When Ms. Richard is not promoting cancer prevention and survival through nutrition or educating kids in advanced math, she enjoys coffee, new nephew, powerful blenders, Settlers of Qatan, triathloning, Trader Joes, and travel scrabble. Fun fact: Emily spent a year in Thailand where she raced mopeds professionally.
